Loudoun County Sheriff's office has found a man in connection to a sexual battery case in a Sterling day care on June 1st. A man is being charged with sexually assaulting a child at an in-home daycare in Sterling, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The Loudoun County's Sheriff's office has found a suspect connected to a hit and run crash that occurred in Ashburn on May 26. A deputy on patrol located John J. Boyle, 44, of Gainesville, shortly after 3PM on October 1st in the area of Route 7 and White Gate Place, according to police reports.

Authorities tracked the suspect to a Days Inn on New Market Court, near the intersection of Sudley Road and Interstate 66. Members of the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Taskforce knocked on the hotel room door of the suspect, who was arrested without incident, said spokesman Desmond Proctor. A 22-year-old woman who was inside the hotel room was also charged with a lesser infraction.
